Processing
Once orders open, you'll receive an email confirmation and a tracking link when your parcel ships.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. Where these apply and aren't collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. See Returns.
Problems with delivery
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and Khreative Solutions LLC will work with the carrier to resolve it.
