Return window

Khreative Solutions LLC accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and send it back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable; final details will be set out in the full terms.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us when you start your return and we'll help with an exchange, subject to availability.

Not returnable

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or that arrive without tags.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us — this is handled separately from the standard return window.
